"I started following the Eat to Live program in October, 2006 after trying and failing with several other plans. I weighed 184 pounds when I started. I have steadily lost weight and I now weigh 137 pounds.
I went to see my doctor recently and he was amazed at my weight loss. I have lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides levels. I am no longer considered diabetic. He even bragged about my results to his nurses. He told them I have "healed myself". I told him I have been following the Eat to Live plan and I always recommend it to others.
I am about 5'4" tall. My goal is to reach 125 pounds. I am back in my size 10 clothes and I feel so much better! I will live to be 100 years old if I continue to follow the Eat to Live way! Thank you."
